Dear Friends,

A single liberating truth—amazingly simple
and accessible—lies at the heart of all the
world’s religions and spiritual traditions:

We are all One, and that One is bound-
less, eternal, peaceful and loving.

IN THIS COURSE we will study and prac-
tice the life-changing, radically effortless
"non-dual" meditations of Oneness, the
 spiritual core of all religions.

WE'LL LEARN from masters of Oneness
from three great religions—Buddhism, Chris-
tianity and Hinduism—including:

THICH NHAT HANH:
"The heart of the matter is always our
oneness with divine spirit, our union
with all of life. We are here to awaken
from the illusion of separateness."

FATHER THOMAS KEATING:
"The first part of the Christian journey is
to realize there is an other. The second part
is to become the other. The third and greatest
part is to realize that there is no other."

NISARGADATTA MAHARAJ:
"The consciousness in you, and the con-
sciousness in me, apparently-two but
really one, seek unity, and that is love."

WHO WILL BENEFIT FROM THE COURSE?

ANYONE who wants to learn the
key practices and concepts of “non-duality,”
the heart-essence of all religions.

ANYONE who wants to experience the
peace of their being, and to know they share
their being with everyone and everything.

ANYONE who wants to experience the
heart of spirituality lying beneath all language,
 tradition, ritual, and esoteric verbiage.

ABOUT DOUG MCGILL

I’m a journalist turned meditator, dharma sharer, editor and writer. In 2004, I founded the Rochester Meditation Center in Rochester, MN, serving as its guiding teacher until 2020. In 2019, I edited “Relax and Be Aware: Mindfulness Meditations for Clarity, Confidence and Wisdom.” Since 2013, I have published "The Daily Tejaniya," a daily email practice reminder. Since 2022, I’ve led a weekly online meditation meeting, Monday Friends, and offered regular online retreats. I first learned how to meditate as a New York Times reporter in the 1980s, when I needed to cope with the stress of daily journalism. On a visit to Sri Lanka in 1995, I started practicing insight (vipassana) meditation; and in 2013, I met my non-dual teacher and friend, Rupert Spira, who taught me Oneness. The non-dual approach deepened my insight practice, and over time these "apparent-two" practices became one practice, which I share today.

Why is a snowflake a great symbol,
a powerful reminder, and a gateway to
Oneness? Join the class to find out.

"All paths ultimately are One."
